During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even though it was pouring rain outside and the roads were jammed with traffic. We particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay more enjoyable and convenient. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby shopping center and eateries.
We felt cheated and misled, as this policy contradicts the advertised promises of the hotel. This was the only negative aspect of an otherwise pleasant stay, but it did leave a sour taste in our mouths.
